  1. Do Pet Passports authorize me to travel with my pet?
    No. Pet Passports are not government issued; they are only a novelty item.
  2. How do I order a Pet Passport?
    Click on the "Buy Now" button to complete your transaction via PayPal. (A PayPal account is not required.)

  3. How do I get my pets information and photograph on the Pet Passport?
    There are a couple of ways this can be accomplished. (1) We can send you a standard Pet Passport and you can attach your pets photo and write in your pets info by hand. (2) You can send us your pets information and photo in an email, and for an additional $10 we can custom print your pets personal info + photo directly on the Pet Passport. (Required info: First + Last Name, Date of Birth, Breed, Sex, Height and Weight)
  4. How much do Pet Passports cost?
    A standard Pet Passport is $10 usd, including shipping to anywhere in the United States. If you would like your pets info and photo printed directly on the Pet Passport, there is an additional fee of $10 for customization. Shipping is included.
  5. How do I submit my pets photo?
    We recommend you submit images of 300dpi or comparable resolution in .jpg format. Please Contact Us for additional information. (FYI: If the quality of your submitted images is low. it can be expected that the print quality of the submitted image will also remain low.
  6. What additonal information do I need to submit when ordering a Custom Pet Passport?
